By accessing or using the Cocura platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Purpose

Cocura provides a technology platform that enables contractors to discover and respond to project opportunities posted by property owners.

Cocura is not a contractor, construction company, or employer.

2. Independent Contractor Status

All contractors using Cocura are independent businesses.

Cocura:

• Does not employ contractors

• Does not supervise or control work

• Is not responsible for project performance

• Is not a party to agreements between users

Any agreement formed is solely between the contractor and the property owner.

3. Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors agree to:

• Provide accurate business and licensing information

• Maintain required insurance and certifications

• Perform services in compliance with applicable laws

• Communicate professionally with property owners

Cocura reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that provide false information or violate platform standards.

4. No Guarantee of Work

Cocura does not guarantee:

• Job volume

• Bid acceptance

• Revenue or earnings

• Project completion

The Platform provides access to opportunities only.

5. Fees (If Applicable)

During MVP launch, certain features may be offered free of charge.

Cocura reserves the right to introduce service fees, subscription plans, or transaction fees in the future with prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cocura shall not be liable for:

• Disputes between users

• Project delays or failures

• Financial loss arising from platform use

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7. Account Termination

Cocura may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
